Permanent Residence via Employment or S Pass

Employment Pass and S Pass holders may apply to ICA for permanent residence. ICA does not publish a minimum holding period or scoring formula and assesses family ties, economic contribution, education, age, family circumstances, length of residence, integration and commitment to put down roots.

Covers PR applications by spouses of Singapore citizens or permanent residents, eligible unmarried children under 21, and elderly parents sponsored by an adult Singapore citizen child.
